How wash and fold works
- Step 01
Fill a bag, book a slot
Put your everyday clothes in one bag and pick a pickup time. There is nothing to count, sort, or list.
- Step 02
Sorted before it is washed
Garments are scanned to identify fabric composition, colour stability, and spot stains, and sorted so that colours, whites, and heavy items do not share a wash.
- Step 03
Washed in soft water
Hard water is the reason clothes washed at home go stiff and dull. We wash in reverse-osmosis soft water below 50ppm hardness with pH-balanced, hypoallergenic detergent, at a temperature chosen for the load.
- Step 04
Dried, folded, returned
Everything is dried, folded flat, and delivered back to your door ready to go straight into a wardrobe.

Wash and fold is a weight-priced service, so garments that need individual attention are better sent as dry cleaning or premium care.
Anything you flag as delicate is pulled out of the standard load and handled separately.

Wash and fold returns clothes washed, dried and folded, not pressed. If you want them pressed and ready to wear, choose wash and iron instead.
Can bedsheets and towels go in a wash and fold order?
Yes. Heavy household items such as sheets and towels are a good fit for weight-based pricing, and they are washed separately from lighter clothing.
How does pickup work?
Book a pickup slot, and a Bengaluru care agent collects the bag from your door. You get a confirmation with the collection and return details when the order is created.
