Luxere Laundry Services is a technology-led laundry and garment care service operating in Bengaluru. We collect clothes from your door, clean each garment to a process chosen for its fabric, and return them ready to wear.
The difference between a laundry and garment care is whether anybody looks at the clothes before washing them. Every item we take in is scanned for fabric composition, colour stability and spot stains before it is processed, and routed accordingly — a soft-water wash, a solvent clean, or individual handling.
How we clean
- Step 01
Material scan
Garments are scanned to identify fabric composition, colour stability and spot stains. That determines the temperature, the spin, and the chemistry — and whether an item belongs in water at all.
- Step 02
Soft-water chemistry
Hard water damages fabric. We wash in reverse-osmosis soft water below 50ppm hardness with pH-balanced detergents, which preserves fibre strength instead of slowly stripping it.
- Step 03
Clean solvent wash
Dry cleaning uses premium hydrocarbon solvent held as pristine distilled fluid. Clean fluid is the difference between dry cleaning that freshens a garment and dry cleaning that greys it. No residue, no odour.
- Step 04
Tension steam finish
Jackets, shirts and dresses are finished on automated tension finishers that shape the garment with hot air and steam rather than pressing it against a hot plate. That is what prevents iron-shine.
Why the process matters more than the promise
Most laundry marketing is about speed. Speed is genuinely part of it — a pickup window you can plan around is the reason a service is usable at all — but it is not what determines whether your clothes last.
Three things do. Water hardness, because minerals deposited in fibre are what make cotton stiff and colours flat. Solvent cleanliness, because dry cleaning recirculates its fluid and dirty fluid redeposits soil on the next garment. And finishing method, because contact pressing leaves permanent shine on wool and silk that no subsequent clean removes.
Those are the three we spend money on, and they are the three you can check on any garment that comes back.

Where we operate
Luxere runs micro-hubs across 13 Bengaluru zones, along the city's main residential and technology corridors. Central areas run on a 30-minute pickup window and the outer corridors on 45 minutes.
Bengaluru is the first market. The service is built to extend to more areas and more cities, but we would rather cover the zones we have properly than claim the whole city and miss slots in most of it.

Luxere's customer web-booking service is live and works from a phone or computer. You can start an order online, or call or email when you need help with coverage or garment handling.
The separate native mobile app is still in development and is not yet on the App Store or Play Store. No store download, app rating, or unreleased tracking feature is claimed on this site.
