What to tell us when you book
Your address and the slot you want, first. Then anything that changes how a garment should be handled: a suit or a saree that needs dry cleaning rather than a wash, a designer or bridal piece for premium care, or a stain you want treated.
If you know what caused a stain, say so. Spotting chemistry depends entirely on the cause, and a described stain is far more likely to come out than one somebody has to guess at. Heat sets most stains permanently, so it is also worth saying if anything has already been through a dryer or an iron.
If a deadline matters, tell us before you hand the bag over rather than after.

Every day: 7:00 AM-10:00 PM. Online booking remains available at any hour.
How do I find out whether you collect from my area?
Send us your address. We will tell you honestly whether it is inside one of the zones we cover today, rather than taking a booking we cannot keep.
What should I mention when I book?
Your address, the slot you want, and anything that needs dry cleaning or premium care rather than a standard wash. Flagging stains and what caused them makes a real difference to whether they come out.
