Luxere operates micro-hubs along Bengaluru's main residential and technology corridors so a care agent can reach you inside a booked window rather than at some point during the day.
Two staffed collection points cover them: the registered office in Bellandur for the south and east zones, and a branch in HMT Layout for the north-west. Central areas run on a 30-minute pickup window and the outer corridors on 45 minutes, which is a distance question rather than a priority one. Pricing is identical everywhere.

Why we do not list every locality
It would be easy to publish a page for every neighbourhood in the city and claim to serve all of them. Plenty of services do. It also means a page telling someone in an area you cannot reach that you can, and a booking you then have to cancel.
These eight are the zones Luxere actually runs hubs for. If you are just outside one, we may still be able to reach you — that is a question with a real answer, so ask us rather than guessing from a list.

Coverage questions
Which Bengaluru areas does Luxere cover?
Koramangala, HSR Layout, Indiranagar and Bellandur on a 30-minute pickup window, and Whitefield, Sarjapur Road, Jayanagar and Malleshwaram on 45 minutes.
Why do some areas have a longer pickup window?
Distance. The outer corridors are physically further apart, so a 45-minute window is the number we can actually keep there. Quoting 30 minutes everywhere would look better and be wrong.
Does my area affect the price?
No. Wash and fold is ₹49 per kilogram, wash and iron ₹69 per kilogram and dry cleaning ₹199 per garment in every zone. Only the pickup window differs.
My area is not listed. Can you still collect?
Send us your address and we will tell you honestly. Coverage is expanding, but we would rather decline a booking than accept one we cannot keep.
Do you collect from gated communities and apartment towers?
Yes. Collection happens at your flat door, the tower lobby, or the society gate — whichever your building permits.
