The garment is examined for fabric composition, colour stability, embellishment, existing damage and any prior repair. Nothing is cleaned before it is understood.

You get a quote
We tell you what we propose to do and what it costs before starting. If we think a garment should not be cleaned, we say so.

Individual handling
The garment is treated on its own rather than as part of a load, using the chemistry and temperature its specific construction calls for.

Finished and protected
Finishing is chosen for the piece -- shaped on a tension finisher, hand finished, or left alone where that is the right answer -- then protected for the journey home.
