Luxere Laundry Services operates a laundry, dry cleaning and garment care collection and delivery service in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This policy explains what personal information we handle and why.
2. What we collect
We collect only what a doorstep collection and delivery service needs in order to work:
- Your name, so we know whose garments we are holding.
- A phone number and, where you give one, an email address, so we can confirm collection and return.
- A collection and delivery address, including building or society access details where you provide them.
- Details of the order itself: which services you booked, the garments involved, and any instructions you gave us about handling or stains.
- Correspondence you send us, so a query can be followed up.
3. Why we need it
To schedule a pickup, to reach you inside the window you booked, to process each garment correctly, to deliver the order back to you, to take payment, and to respond if something goes wrong. We do not collect information that is not used for one of those purposes.
4. What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not run advertising or analytics tracking on this website. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, and no advertising pixel on any page.
- We do not use your information to build a profile for advertising purposes.
5. Cookies
This website sets one cookie on the homepage. It records which version of the background video should play, so the same version is served consistently on repeat visits. It contains no identifier, no profile, and nothing about you.
No advertising or analytics cookie is set by this site.
6. Who else sees it
Your information is shared with the care agent who collects and delivers your order, and with the service providers we use to operate the business — for example hosting and payment processing. They receive only what they need to perform that function.
We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
7. How long we keep it
We keep order information for as long as needed to run the service, resolve any query about an order, and meet applicable legal and accounting obligations. If you want to know what we hold about a specific order, ask us and we will tell you.
8. Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, and ask us to delete information we no longer need in order to run the service or to meet a legal obligation.
Send any such request to contact@luxere.in and we will respond. Where we cannot do what you have asked, we will explain why.
9. Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Access to order information inside the business is limited to the people who need it to fulfil and support orders.

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date above.
