No. Both Luxere locations are collection and processing points rather than shop counters. A care agent comes to your door, or meets you at your building gate or lobby if that is what your society allows.

Most zones run a 30-minute pickup window from the slot you book. The outer corridors -- Whitefield, Sarjapur Road, Jayanagar and Malleshwaram -- run 45 minutes, because the distances inside them are genuinely longer and we would rather publish the real number.

Being inside a 30-minute pickup zone helps, because the bag reaches the branch sooner. No. Every zone pays the same rate: wash and fold from ₹49 per kilogram, wash and iron from ₹69 per kilogram, dry cleaning from ₹199 per garment, premium care quoted per piece. Distance changes the pickup window, not the price.
